Savory English Honey Bacon Omelette Muffin Delight

This recipe combines the classic flavors of a breakfast sandwich with a delightful twist!

  1. Toast the English Muffin: Split the English muffin in half and toast under a broiler or in a toaster oven until lightly golden brown.Make the Omelette: In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or melt a pat of butter.Pour the egg mixture into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom. Let cook for about 30 seconds, then gently push the cooked egg from the edges towards the center of the pan with a spatula.
